I purchased a FX M11 online from DB_Schietsport, excellent customer service, moving on ,having a double feed through fault of my own it caused a blow back , I rang the gun shop dealt with Rob the owner mainly but also the staff, irrespective of talking to Rob or members of staff,top quality, caring , knowledge , friendly, excellent service I sent the gun back to be fixed , brilliant customer service , fast feed back with information , like me living in Germany through the love of the sport I do a lot of internet purchase , does not matter which Country you live for internet purchase or local direct , look no further , this family run company will not let you down , if looking to purchase either a gun or gun related products you have to go with these guys , top quality , fast to respond , speedy service ,ongoing information when required, DB_Schetsport brilliant, Nick Daggett

Hello, I bought the Hatsan carnivore 7,62 rifle from the DB-Schietsport.nl retailer. And I just love it. It is a real beast. Now I write this review because it is so far my best experience with the retailer, namely with Mr. Rob Dekkers. This gentleman was so kind and so helpful from the start to the end. Without asking he automatically booked the rifle for me even when the payment at that time didnt arrived yet. Then I asked for a big favour to do a test shot with the rifle just to know everything is fine. It was no problem at all. The rifle arrived safely within three working days from abroad even when ordered one day before the Christmas Eve. They wrapped the rifle so well that it would probably withstand an earthquake I believe. You know it when you get somewhere and you feel instantly that you are at the right place. This was the case. Rob exchanged several emails with me, answered immediately everything I needed to know. I dont think there are many other guys who would helped me as much as he did. I am so happy to own this rifle and even more so to have this fantastic experience. I am looking forward for the next buy from this great store. Good prices and a very impressive service. The (now former) owner responded promptly to my emailed request for technical information about a high power airgun. He even tested its speed and power for me. The product arrived two days after my evening order. Final surprise was a free box of pellets included with the shipment. Update: I hope the good service continues under the new management.
Very knowledgeable staff with a passion for what they sell. Good prices and atmosphere. This review reads like an ad but I really like this shop.
