Just emailed this company asking for a quote to re-felt a pool table. The person who replied was no other than Jacqueline Van Halem. She replied \Kunt u geen nederlands\. (note that \Nederlands\ is in lower case!!) I even mentioned in my first email to reply in dutch as I am not confident to type in this language but I can speak and read without any difficulty. Obviously they do not want people to purchase from themselves that are not Dutch.
