Ordered balloons on Wednesday to collect on Saturday. I explained to the gentleman what I wanted from an example in the store, he told me the price and I asked f it was possible to do something similar. He said I could give him a price and he could put something together, I then also asked if I could have a balloon with the number 30. We settled on him putting together something for me for 15 euro. He took down my name, number and the amount. I still spelled my name and watched him write it in the book. He even misspelled my name (which is fine) but I still made a joke about it. I asked if I should pay now or on Saturday when ai collect and he confirmed I could pay on Saturday. Get to the store today to pick up balloons, man has no idea who I am, and can't find my name in the book. I eventually spoke english and explained to him I was there on wednesday with my friend. He then said he can't find my name in the book, and said he misunderstood. He thought I would come and order on saturday. I'm just confused do you always take the persons name, number and amount down for people who potentially want to buy balloons? Then to my horror the total amount came to nearly 45. He explained the balloons I wanted were 11 each. This did not correlate with the 15 cap we had agreed upon. Then in a condescending remark said to me of course those balloons are more expensive what did you think? ( I replied and said well I wouldn't know, I have never bought balloons in europe ). So to sum up, I was disappointed by the way in which he handled the matter and also because I had an expectation and that expectation wasn't met. Had I known before hand the price of the balloons would have been 45 I would have made sure to take enough money to be able to pay. Had my order been placed on time, I would have been able to go home fetch more money and come back. But the delay made me late, and I walked out with half the balloons I expected.
