Superservice!
This is a 'proper' bookshop. Those working in the shop genuinely know all the books and can pick the perfect book for each child. The personal service (being phoned when the next in the series of your child's favourite book has been released) is exceptional. All that is missing is a coffee machine but I have it under good authority that one is on the way :)
