Best customer service of any snack bar in Leiden. Not to mention that the food is good too; better than average quality for average prices. Though there's better fries and snacks to be found, they don't beat this price/quality/service combo.

Disgusting food, terrible staff.
The fries are passable. As in you want to pass them on. Not so bad you need to feel bad giving it to someone else. But not good enough to really want to eat yourself unless hungry, and no other options are open to you.
The delivery guy asked me if I wanted to buy cocaine. Super unfriendly staff that often doesn't deliver what you have ordered. I don't recommend buying anything here. Food doesn't taste nice.
