Great shop for all your sport equipment. For every wallet there's something. Great employees, very helpful. They don't difficult about broken items and warranty.

For the B&M store both selection and prices are good, but after the remodelling paying became a problem. All but one checkout is self-service and it took me more than 20 minutes to fide someone willing to take my money. Moreover this person was very unhappy constantly mumbling that I should you self-service counters. Will avoid in the future, unless I need something really urgent. I do not want to waste my time in order to find someone to give my money to, nor I need some kid nagging, that should learn how to opera self-service checkout.
Good store, helpful staff, sufficient space, enjoy buying things here. From climbing to gym equipment.
The Shop has a big assortment and looks very nice. However when my father and I went to buy a Bike (which is nice, nothing to say about it for now), the person taking care of counseling was not very knowledgeable. We asked if it was a 28 inch wheel to which he responded yes. We bought all the accessories for a 28 inch wheel which we now cannot use since it is a 26 inch. Furthermore, he told us the Bike would be ready in 10 minutes. We came back several times and he kept on saying 10 minutes until 1h30 min had passed... other customers had gotten there after us, but got their bike before us. We were very upset since we were so happy about it before. The manager (or assistant manager) on that day (30/04) was very nice and gave us a 10 discount on 250 (but for all that time we payed at least 5 of parking or more anyway). I'd go back but I would really insist on the employee taking care of us instead of just waiting because they have to be reminded. Maybe a manager to deal with time management?
Friendly staff that helped out swiftly. However I had to come back for a refund because of a erroneous label on a product. The service was good but I lost an hour of my weekend.
