Bart and his team (I also trained with Silvana) is a group of enthusiasts who can offer you complete advice on training and diet. They schedule a personal set of exercises and diet so you can reach your goal. They look at your progress and try to motivate you to stretch your boundaries. The personal attitude I liked the most. You train in a private space with equipment only for you. They look at your eating habits and make suggestions how to change it in a healthy way. After almost half a year I felt much fitter. I learned how to make the exercises correctly. Totally recommend also for people who don’t necessarily want to loose weight but to get more strength and energy for your daily life problems.

I had a great experience here. I was helped by a personal trainer (Bart) for 3 months. He learned me all I needed to know about the body, food and exercise. For me, the food knowledge helped me out the most, I had no idea how this all worked. He teached me a lifestyle, how to adjust my habits. It was by no means a crash-diet. Just by understanding what my body needed and how to accommodate this, I lost 25 kilo's in 3 months. I now feel confident, that with the tools he gave me, I can keep a healthy body(weight) by myself. The fitness equipment was in good condition, nice staff and not a macho culture. All around the best experience I could have hoped for! Thank you so much, Bart and crew!
Bart is great! He helps you finding out how to improve your lifestyle (food and sport) and he makes it easy! The exercises he chooses for the workouts are very intense. He always wants one repetition more... I have to say that the results of his work are visible and measurable in a very short timespan! I strongly recommend working out with Bart!
I decided to improve my knowledge and make my training more efficient. After 3 months, I could see the progress and understand how to make it. Pushing your limit is always good and Bart will help you for this.
I had the opportunity 6 months ago to seek Bart and his team (Michella) 's services to improve my life style and the least I can say is that it went beyond my expectations Not only, within 6 months, we achieved all the goals I had set up for myself: losing weight, (9 Kgs), building some discipline (food, sport activities), gaining some self-confidence (not once in my life I had been to the gym!) but Bart and his team's professionalism, dedication and expertise really helped me to look at food and sport with a complete different approach, in other words they taught \me how to fish\ Merci!!
