After having multiple major issues with other two stores here in The Netherlands, I ordered from Fontoplumo because a friend of mine recommended them. Their stock is automatically updated which is a big plus. More, the item has been delivered next working day and you also get a handwritten card, which is a really nice gesture. I recommend Fontoplumo all day long!

They are quick to response and honest with stocks. I recently had experienced with other store that doesn't provide the level of professional services, and found out that how much quick and honest job are important. One thing I would complain is they stopped bringing ystudio pens.... hope they'll get back to it after econ recession. I will definitely use this store for next order in the future!
