Gamma personnel showed zero interest to think along with the me on my request for a paint brochure. This matters especially when something needed in the corona lockdown time. Even on the phone they do not try to understand what you are asking, but give you one stereotype answer after another... And you hope the good sales/times will come back Gamma, ha? Not like this. Not if you reject providing proper service in the time of need.

Broad selection of tools and supplies. Pleasant store layout. They could use more staff, but it's still better than the other big hardware chains.
Staff is not eager to help you. Had to play hide and seek throughout the whole store to find someone, and he was occupied with someone else for 10 mins (no exaggeration).
Easy to reach, good parking spaces available, great staff to help you find anything you need. Rental service is speedy and great value for money. Returning unopened items is zero fuzz. Glad to go here again!
