Amazing platform, i tried to sell on Marktplaats, the buyer had said he paid and asked me to ship, with no email confirmation i was suspect so i called up Online Payment Platform, and they inform me that no payment was linked to my account and was most likely phishing.

sold my TV via MP and buyer came to check and pick up on 5th of December while made the payment onsite. Received the email to do verification which i did right away. Till 9th of December the payment is still not in my account and so i called the customer service. I was told that OBP has made the payment on 7th of December and they'll need to forward the case to their finance department for investigations. Now a full week has past and i still dont see this payment in my account. Transaction status is completed according to OBP but i simply have not received the payment. ridiculous 3rd party and no one knows how long you will have to wait...
