Received defective lens. Even after mentioning that the lens were not comfortable, they wouldnt change it and they came up with excuses of no lens being 100% accurate

I needed a new pair of glasses and ordered two pairs there. The prescription for the glasses was a horribly botched job, distorting everything to absurd amounts. When I came there to ask if it's normal, I was told \that's just the way it is\ or it's supposed to be like this. For any students, beware.
Extremely good customer service, good range of frames. I would suggest a must visit to all those who are looking for a spectacle.
Horrible service. They tried to sell me two sample contact lenses for 30 euros. Even though the lense manufacturer wrote on the package that these are free samples and you cannot sell them.
Enkele maanden nadat de garantie verlopen was liet de coating van de glazen van mijn bril los. En ik had de duurste glazen gekozen omdat ik geen troep wilde. Weer nieuwe bril dus. Maar niet hier.
