ا had a very bad experince with Specsavers delft in the Hoven,, misleading information, at the beginning ,not satisfactory test, and ignoring after sales, services, complaines,. particularly the man manger, was expecting me ordering new glasses, which would cost me a lot!! instead of helping fixing

I got the eye exam done, but was quite astonished by the result since the values were quite high. To double check before actually buying glasses I went to see an eye doctor today and the values were significantly different. Inatead of 1.35 I now have 0.50. O.o But service was ok and everybody kind :)

I wanted to get hard lenses. They did a free examination although they suggested it wouldn’t be comfortable for my eye type they provided me with it for a week trial and again did an examination, we decided to get soft ones, I tried to different types to find the perfect match for my eye number and finally maid the last choice. Every trial and examination were free the staff were very helpful and polite. Overal I had a perfect experience as a customer.
