If you go to a dental hygienist, steer clear of Dr. G. Shirzaad. Had terrible experience with her. First, she gave me an exaggerated diagnosis which would cost a lot more money to be treated, then she didn't answer my questions, said you can look it up online (then what the hell am I paying you for?) and finally after reading up online, I had follow up questions and she didn't get back to me in 2 weeks!! After getting a second opinion from an external dentist, replaced her. Have to say, the practice itself is not too terrible and the other dentists and hygienists are good.

I highly recommend Dr. Kaldenburg. Firstly, he is multilingual. While my Dutch gets better each year, it will probably never be good enough to have the specialized vocabulary of dentistry rolling off my lips. It's so helpful to have a practitioner who can speak with me in my native tongue. Secondly, he is so adept at delivering anesthesia I didn't even know it had been done. That's saying a great deal when you have a mouth as tender as mine and a fear of dentists as deep as mine. Finally, he did a great cosmetic job repairing my chipped front teeth. My smile looks better than it has in decades!
They did procedures I did not need (confirmed by two other dentists afterwards), and the ones I got done were done badly. They overcharged me for these procedures several times - a good professional should be able to do a filling with some warranty, not charging for it again. I almost loose a tooth based on their recommendation...
I was studying abroad in the Netherlands when my wisdom teeth decided to come out. My lower tooth was pushing my gum up a bit and my upper tooth was impacted and was biting it so I was in quite a lot of pain. I went here one morning and after explaining that it hurt a lot and I couldn't fully close my mouth they agreed to take a look at it right away and in 15 minutes I got an x-ray and my wisdom tooth was gone. Very friendly and competent staff. Would definitely go there again if I needed a dentist in the Delft area.
Really bad follow-up service. Never again!!!
