This is an overview of my stay of 6 months in Xior: - Really expensive above 600 euros; -The ventilation is done by small orifices in the wall (it is like hell on summer, I remember that I had to sleep in my friends' house because I could not stand the heat); -You have to pay taxes, if you live for long term. While, in other places you generally do not need to pay. (I paid around 300 euros per year,); -There is just two laundry machines and dryers for more than 80 people in the building; -When I was living there, I got stuck in the elevator. It was fixed 2 months later; -The check out is not flexible ( If you decide to live before the end of your contract, You will have to pay for the days you are not staying ); -The wifi does not work properly; -There is no reception; -The windows do not open; -You have to pay for everything like blankets, trash bin... If you want it; It is well located; The furniture was new ; You do not need to pay to use the laundry machines and dryers; There is a parking lot for the bikes. Therefore, based on my experience, I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone.

I've stayed their during my stay in Delft from February to July. Overall, the costs are way more than the services that you get. 1) a very expensive rent 660 euros per month 2) Poor room infrastructure , bad heating system during winter and a very poor ventilation during summer. Only 2 windows of a 15 cm each ! 3) The elevator got stuck several times while people were inside it. So they decided to stop repairing it ! 4) They mention that they will pay the taxes ;however, you will be surprised by receiving a tax invoice of 310 euros even for a duration that u didn't stay and you're required to pay it ! Moral of the story , if u passed by it, just RUN !
