I went to make an order directly to the zaandijk store, during the web hours and on the same door it says that they are open from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. It was 8:25 p.m. and they told me that they did not attend me because it was already closed. When I asked them what they have announced that it closes at 9:00 p.m. and it was 8:25 p.m., the guy who was there told me that it was a mistake, that they closed earlier and they weren't going to attend to me. that is not how customers are treated.

The phones don't work now for 3 weeks for when I want to call to order dint bother phoning. Online orders are not the same as the menu and does not give option to order smaller portions.

17:20 bestelling gedaan het is nu 20:50 nogsteeds geen bestelling ontvangen..3 uur later!! Ondertussen proberen te bellen maar de telefoon ligt er gewoon naast niemand neemt op, andere vestiging gebeld die zij gewoon het is druk wij krijgen Ze ook niet te pakken..hoe kan je nou als bedrijf zijnde elkaar niet berijken? Als je de drukte niet aan kan neem dan geen bestelling aan, of wees zo professioneel om ff een bericht te sturen of een mail van de status van bestelling.
