Positive : tax employee was nice and helpful - he speaks English ( it’s not weird in The Netherlands) Negative : Security guy was rude. Bad first impression from this place - now I understand why people gave 1 to this place. First impression is important- if their client are important for them, they need to listen their clients reviews and improve those negative which is helpful( specially for government related offices)

I actualy wanted to to put half a star but 1 is the lowest so yeah i called them i was put on hold for longer then half an hour and they still didnt pick up the phone. Absolutely the worst costomer service i have ever used.

I have been mocked for not being able to speak dutch properly. The worker pretended to not speak English at the beginning. Even though I'm trying to learn and i gave it a shot with my bellow average Dutch knowledge, she just laughed and said welcome to the Netherlands and then proceeded to speak fluent English.
