They didn't write anything down of what i ordered, completely botched a company order, clients missed part of the point. They found it quite hard to take responsibility, say \sorry\ and they \don't know how to fix it at this point\. I would know how but if I need me to tell you, you're in the wrong business. There is competition 50 metres down the road, not a good way to retain customers.

At a stone's throw from my home but never bothered about it until a very close friend asked for a surprise theme based cake for her hubby to be ordered via me from this supposedly awesome bakery. Theme was PubG after the video game her hubby is immersed in to and we settled on few images and I showed it to them and the end product was just not good to see but it was a very very delicious finger licking cake. Cost: 45 for 12 ppl cake

They have lovely simple/traditional patisserie and usually the staff are lovely. Though they don't wear gloves when handling the pastries, which as I also work in food in the Netherlands I find a bit confusing as I understand we have to especially during corona times, but even in normal times fingers in food just aren't hygienic. I usually overlook it as the experienced staff seem to only touch the plastic around the pastry. But today I was really disappointed as there was a young inexperienced employee who put her fingers on top of the pastry and then pulled her face when I asked for a different one. She also had cream on her finger from one of my other pastries so she clearly had already stuck her finger in one while I wasn't looking. I even asked if they usually wear gloves and she just pulled her face and said no. And then she used the till straight after. I understand people need training, but wearing gloves is a basic thing, especially at the moment. It makes people feel much more comfortable at visiting your establishment if you show that you are trying to keep customers safe.
