I emailed them a harmless and straightforward question relating to a consular matter only to get an absurd and inappropriate automated response that indicated that they had not read my question and had no interest in thinking about it. Absolutely pathetic, but I guess that's emblematic of the UK at the moment.

Fast service opened on time for emergency passport easy to get to as well
I have nothing but compliments for the service i have received on two but related occasions. They responded to phone calls and emails and provided knowledgeable and accurate advice concerning lost passport and ETD requirements and assisted me in an exceptional way even helping me to obtain and additional ETD and book appointment for replacement passport while back in the UK
Very bad experience trying to get help here. I am a UK citizen, recently moved to Amsterdam and was looking to discuss matters relating to my new work contract. I arrived at the office to chat with someone. They did not even let me in the building and instead of trying to help me they dismissed me, telling me to look online. Really shocking.
Very bad . You will never reach to contact. They never work personally. They will give you another number which also can not contact. All become robort.
