horrible call experience!!!! appointments are always full, and they refuse to open appointments of more than 2 weeks. I mean if so many people are calling, two weeks are definitely not enough for upcoming demand and people could be delayed for months for just legalizing one document.

I wanna give 0 star actually. I never ever managed to make a call for the appointment !!! There are so many staffs but what are they doing all the day???
So impolite, not professional, always no one pick the phone no matter how many time you tried, when I submitted the documents, they hold in their office for more than one month without any reason. Unbelievable that Chinese people is such low quality. Disappointed.
Called them, they guy at the other end of line wasn't trying to help at all, all I felt was impatience and condescension. Wondering how hard it could be for them to hire someone who is professional and knows how to communicate.
Unfortunately, this embassy is a joke. 2 simple examples: 1. Nobody picks up the phone. 2. The security in the entrance told me to press #2 on a screen to get a ticket for renewing a passport. When I reached the counter, the staff told me that you've got the wrong ticket, you'd have pressed #3. A lot of time got wasted...not recommended, but you have to go there since they don't have a competitor and they probably don't care all the reviews here...
