The best thing about Ineke is how nice she is! It's great to have a teacher who doesn't rush things, is flexible with hours, and is just really kind and dedicated to helping you with her tailor-made private lessons. If you want to learn Dutch for a bargain price, choose Destination Dutch!

I have done personal 1o1 dutch classes with Ineke up to a level of A2/beginning of B1 during 1st half of 2020. Certainly not an easy time (during Covid19) but I was very happy. Ineke was very flexible in her approach and took my needs and interests perfectly into consideration. At some point we had to switch to online classes via zoom which was perfectly fine and still very helpful. Your Dutch experience starts right from the first lesson when Ineke greets you in Dutch and continously encourages you to use only this language if possible. If needed for some explanation or reference she speaks also English, German and French. I enjoyed my classes with Ineke, found them very helpful and would recommend her without hesitation especially for people who are self motivated and have a drive to make the most out of their classes by being ready to dedicate also some time for own preparation. Dank je wel Ineke!
Ineke is just great and someone who cares deeply about her students! She creates a warm, friendly and safe space for you to experiment with language and learn Dutch in a fun and personalised way, something a standardised course can't offer you. Ineke has the talent to make the learning pass very nice. Always she is in a happy mood with high teaching capabilities. She explains everything in a very clear manner and always responds to any questions that we have. Moreover, she has the flexibility to suit the lesson depending on each situation.
Ineke is fun and laid back and it helps me to relax and speak Dutch finally! Also, I really appreciate that Ineke customises each lesson to our needs. She is really great at coming up with engaging and creative exercises, which also help us explore the Dutch culture.
Ineke is a truly talented language teacher. I've had the good fortune to take a number of language classes, and she combines the best of all of them: a deep knowledge of grammar and vocab within well-structured lessons, and a focus on using the language actively from the start, without embarrassment. The classes are small, really well organised and the environment is cozy and welcoming. A must-try for ex-pats in The Hague who want to learn Dutch!
