Can't speak highly enough of these guys. I had a black tie event on the Saturday, and it was Thursday evening and I hadn't yet dry-cleaned my jacket, shirt and trousers. In a rush, I searched for dry cleaning services in the Hague and found Dry Cleaning Ocean. I went on their site and was pleasantly surprised to see that they collected as well as delivered, and did so from early morning until late evening. At this point it was 20:30 and the website said that they could collect up until 9 o'clock. I was dubious but nonetheless, out of desperation, made the order, received a confirmation and waited to see what would happen. It got to 9:30 and no one had to come to pick it up, so I sent a text, asking whether it would be picked up, and said that I would have understood if not, considering how late I had made the order. I received a prompt response from one of the employees minutes later, saying that two hours notice is required normally, however, if necessary, he could come and collect it in his own car, and have it ready for the requested time the following day. Taken aback, but also in dire need of it to by dry-cleaned ASAP I accepted, and sure enough, fifteen minutes later he turned up and picked up my clothes. He returned the following day at the requested time, with the suit in perfect condition, and I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service and the overall experience. I couldn't recommend these guys highly enough. Thanks again for the above and beyond service. You can be sure that whenever I need some dry-cleaning done, Dry Cleaning Ocean will be my first port of call.
