I arrived 50 minutes late for a meeting scheduled at the consulate. The embassy employee called to find out if everything is okay with me. Despite the long delay, I was accepted, without preaching or taking action against me as the inflexible Europeans do, to say the least. Only Israelis know how to show such flexibility, patience and understanding towards others. Thank you. After 25 years in antisemitic Netherlands, I am proud to be an Israeli.

I must note that the service and courtesy were above expectations from security to the consulate everything is done with lots of patience and a smile and fast thanks to all the embassy staff in The Hague
The worst service ever!! more than two weeks trying to reach to any of the employees there while call tens of times hopefully someone will answer, and of course: NOTHING!
Terrible expierence at this embassy. The chairs are very dirty and staff is rude. Also the water tastes like zebbi
So nice of the staffs in the embassy. I prepared all required documents except the hotel reservations without dates indications. But they allow me to provide a new one immediately so that i can get the visa just 4 days before my departure. Thank you all.
The security check is needed to get to the Consulate but this is understandible. Fast, friendly and carying service was provided by the team during all our visits. Toda raba, keep it up! :)
