M.C. Escher Museum, master of perspective. Located in den Haag, Zuid Holland, Netherlands. A must see stop on any trip to the Netherlands. One of the great Dutch artists of all time. Many of his original works are housed here and you are able to get up close and personal with them. Also several photo opportunities to put yourself into some of his amazing artwork.

This museum was on my list for a while as it was suggested to my by my artist friend for its optical illusions. And it was completely worth the visit. I have so much respect for Escher. The work there is impressive and so easy to imagine but so difficult to implement! Another important thing to notice are the chandeliers! The visit to the gift shop is completely worth it as well! I would highly recommend the museum. Enter another world for some time.

Tragically underwhelming curation. If you're a fan of Escher, it might be worth the 10 euros. The palace is historical and interesting enough itself as well. However be prepared with your ticket. They do not email it to you, and the reception desk has no interaction with their ticket supplier. I did not download my ticket and paid twice. I emailed them for a refund of the first pair of tickets and never received a reply or a refund. Very unhelpful. Cold reception. Discordant aesthetic. If I had it to do over again, I would go somewhere else.

A must see in my opinion, so many pictures are surprising and stretch for the imagination. I loved it!

Cannot wait to visit the Netherlands again. When I can, this will be among the first places on my list. Interactive and arresting, this museum has a great collection and exhibition areas.
