I have had a massage and aromatherapy treatment with Lauren in the past, which I loved, but yesterday she treated my children (8 and 10) and it made a huge difference to their mental well being. It was only a short session where they chose scents for their own oil, and discussed their feelings (one has had issues with anxiety lately). They came away calmer, and with a bespoke roll-on scent which they now use to meditate with. I really recommend this treatment and great value too! Kids enjoyed it and it has really helped them.
