I just picked up my guitar from the Chop Shop after leaving it off to have its set up adjusted. The improvement in playability is night and day, I'm actually kind of amazed that that much improvement was possible. Prompt and friendly service and very reasonable prices complete the experience, which bring me to leave this 5 star review.

Good & honest advice, true knowledge of the instruments and what a service! Sander even vacuumed my guitar case! This is a no-brainer when even other guitar shops advise to go here for the best results. If you want your instrument treated by the best only, go here. Even the price is fair. Need I go on...? What a great service! Brought in my acoustic washburn for a casual check up which was sitting in a corner for years. I got it back with nut filed, bridge bone lowered and action adjusted. Frets are polished and maybe even some fret dress was done because I put dents on them with all the note bending and they are gone! oh and it is super clean and fretboard is oiled up. Icing on the cake! I used to play on every day, for years but it never played as nice as it does now. Thanks guys, I will come again next time!
