Excellent customer service was provided by this company. I was surprised by the young age of this accomplished team. The physical acquaintance came afterwards when I was able to meet my lawyer, a beautiful oriental looking lady, during a brief visit in The Hague back in January. Majority of the lawyers of this company are skilled and show true professionalism. The fact that my claim succeeded within a couple of weeks consolidates my previous praise. Initially, the expectations were low considering I applied for help from abroad (United Kingdom). I regarded a claim of a considerable amount of money from abroad as a long shot. Furthermore, it was a Dutch company. There were no guarantees the staff would speak/write English. This company proved me wrong and convinced me to proceed to get justice.
