After months of training in Sensei Oosterheem, Zoetermeer, the teacher couldn't even remember the name of my son. When decided to change school, forgot to cancel the automatic payment...paid 5 months without knowing! And when kindly asked to return the payments, were simply refused, claiming their legal rights! What a disappointment and what a way to go around with parents of your students!!!
