The workers must qualify a laziness examination before being able to work here. Worst KFC I’ve ever been to in my life. The cashier that handles the money, also handles the food, and of course since we’re in the Netherlands, she’s not wearing gloves either. How dare we think so.

Such poor efficiency for something that labels themselves \fast food\. Was the first in line, but still had to wait almost 10 minutes for the cashier to input orders for delivery first. Then, watched my food that was ready sit on the pass for another 5 minutes while the cashier input more orders in. Such a sham. Missed 3 trams in the time for your restaurant to make 2 burgers.
There was a young lady behind the counter who was absolutely wonderful. Our large order was going to take 10 min and she offered us small drinks because we had to wait. Now that is customer service and I really appreciated the gesture... it wasn't about the drinks, it was about the fact that she recognized the value of customer service. Well done KFC for hiring good staff.
Nice location, quite big and modern. But although there are seats for 200 people, there is only 6 customers here. After having had a burger and wings I can only assume it's because of the food quality. That was the worst fast food I have had. No flavour, just grease and creamy fat. The wings didn't taste like anything but fat and so did the burger with some sort of heavy fat cream. That's my first time at KFC in 10 years and it reminded me of why they are closing locations everywhere around europe.
