The best place for yoga in The Hague! Kristel is an excellent teacher, very attentive and with an intuitive eye for proper alignment. The studio is small and relaxing, and classes have a great atmosphere. I've been going regularly for years and have noticed such a huge difference to my flexibility, strength, stability and overall wellbeing.
