My wife and I celebrated our 10th anniversary here together with friends and family. Romano prepared a magnificent 6-course menu for us, exactly as we had discussed with him in advance. There were great stories around the various wines which paired excellent with the food, and otherwise the service was great too. Therefore highly recommended!

Best cooking workshops in town. Authentic Italian chef and great traditional recipes from Sicily! House wines are excellent too. Romano is an awesome chef, great host and wonderful guy. His place for a cooking get-together or anniversary celebration. Space for up to 60 ppl. Outdoor pizza oven. Authentic pasta makers. Retro meat slicer. Recommended!

We hebben vorige week heerlijk Siciliaans gegeten met een groepje van 20 personen bij Capo Cucina op de avond voor ons huwelijk! Vooraf konden we samen met Romano het hele menu samenstellen. De zelfgemaakte spaghetti vongole was al geweldig. Maar ook de huiselijke Italiaanse sfeer, de enorme gastvrijheid en het overheerlijke aardbei-sorbetijs maakten de avond tot een groot succes! Ook maakt Romano in een handomdraai een ander gerechtje voor de zwangeren en allergische eters van onze groep. Het was echt perfect, bedankt Romano!

Romano is een echte Capo Cucina. Door zijn wereldwijde reis- en kookervaringen weet hij enorm veel van eten en over de bereidingswijzen. Hij weet dit op een een professionele, enthousiaste en heldere manier over te brengen op zijn gasten. Daarnaast heeft hij een uniek, origineel en gezellig kookatelier opgebouwd waar de gast naast het eten en drinken centraal staat. Een plek waar iedereen zich thuis voelt en graag terugkomt!
