THESE PEOPLE ARE AWFUL. If you have any kind of investment, pension or insurance policy with NN, and you are no longer a resident of the Netherlands, they hang you out to dry. Communication is slow at best, impossible most of the time. They do not process address changes properly because in their policies an incorrect address is always the fault of the policy holder - never NN. They earn millions by losing people. THIS IS NN POLICY. Efforts to communicate are routinely blocked. Questions and complaints are not answered.

This company is operating in the dark ages. I have a substantial dormant pension investment with them ('dormant' in the sense that there are currently no contributions being made). There is no online access to my account, no online information regarding my investments and no possibility to manage my investments online. This should have been made possible a decade ago, but clearly they just don't care about their customers. You are simply stuck with them as there is no legal possibility to transfer your investments to another fund manager that does care about their customers.
I no longer live in the Netherlands and have found it impossible to contact this company from the UK. I have been trying to talk to someone about my savings and pension accounts since 2012. No number to call from UK. My letters are never responded to. Very disappointed to say the least. Next port of call a visit in person to their head office.

Belachelijk dat julie ons dwingen om te stoppen met betalen via acceptgiro. Nu moet ik kiezen uit automatische incasso of betaalmail. Wat nou een bank voor alle mensen! Mag niet eens mijn eigen keuzes maken.
