This shop and staff have two roles - one is a shopping store and the other is as a DPD pick up centre. I have received very poor service in relation to parcel pickup. They don''t seem to take things very seriously at all, and without going into all the boring details they are really not very customer aware or customer focussed. If this attitude extends to the sewing side of the business as well, then this shop is best avoided.
