I Really don't know about the person that left 1 star review with so much brouhaha in her review section. I have always experienced a lovely time at Omacy's. Very lovely woman who is passionate about her work and what she does. Always happy and VERY VERY FRIENDLY. I would only assume that people with no common sense and lack of home training and a BAD character would not be served well. You get what you give it is very simple. I cannot imagine Macy being mean or unfriendly to any customer at all. I have been coming here for years and i absolutely love it. people should not pour their personal frustrations and expectations to other innocent people not RIGHT at all. God bless you Macy and may your business continue to flourish PERIOD!

#1 NIET BOEKEN want daar doen ze toch NIKS mee #2 Wanneer je binnenloopt word je niet eens gegroet #3 Als je weet dat er klanten zijn dat behandelingen heeft geboekt en gereserveerd ,spreek die persoon tenminste aan met hoe lang Het gaat duren en niet gezellig blijven doorkletsen,HEEEL ASOCIAAL!!! #4 Waarom die optie zetten om te kunnen boeken als je er toch niet aan houd,HAAL DIE OPTIE DAN WEG!!!! EN DIT ALLES NA 15 MINUTEN WACHTEN ZONDER MAAR EEN WOORD VAN DAT VROUW!! Maar gezellig doorkletsen over vakantie. Het is dat ik geen 0 ster kan geven.
