We had water damage to this chest, which he restored beautifully. The broken veneer of the larger chest is now invisible too. Excellent work, and very kind and thoughtful person.

We asked Ovidius to restore/mend several different, antique pieces of heirloom furniture. He repaired larger items in-situ and smaller ones at his studio. All were done to a high standard and we were very pleased with his work. He was responsive on the phone and by email and was very pleasant to work with. Recent onze vroeg 18e eeuwse salontafel, aangetast door houtworm, gebracht. Is door de heer Serban niet alleen voor houtworm behandeld, maar ook fantastisch mooi gerestaureerd. Weer helemaal op kleur gebracht en gebroken lade steun keurig gerepareerd. Wat een vakman! Daarnaast uiterst vriendelijk en voor een heel nette prijs gegeven al het werk wat erin is gestoken. Aanrader voor iedereen die zijn antieke meubels koestert.
Een paar jaar geleden heeft Ovidius Meubelrestauratie vijf stoelen voor mij opgeknapt (ze waren kapot en wit geschilderd).
