The service is kind but the prices made me feel like I had been robbed. Went in to print and scan 2 sheets of paper. The lady asked me to email it to her and that she would print them. The total came to 8.81 EUR!! I asked why so expensive? She said the startup costs were high. What?? She never warned me of the price or suggested I used the self serve computers which would’ve cost me 30 cents per sheet. I think this is very sneaky and dishonest.

First: very nice service, all are very helpful though I had some problems with the scanner (the self-printer/scanner was damaged). So, I had to ask at the reception. I only wanted to print one page, black and white, and afterwards scan it. In the end, it costs me 6.10 !!! I was horrified. For this price, I might even get a whole print cartridge... Thus, I can absolutely NOT recommend this copy shop to anyone.

I printed 4 pages (colour) and scanned them again. The price was about 6. Like others noticed before: This feels like you have been robbed!
