Be careful! While I received good quality services from PsyQ, I was charged close to 9,000 Euro for about 10 months of treatment. I purposely asked the Administrative offices if the treatment was covered by my insurance and they assured me that it was. A colleague of mine also accessed the PsyQ services and had the exact problem, so it seems to be a common occurrence. I have been left with many unanswered questions and I have found the administrative staff curt and unprofessional. This is unfortunate because the therapists do provide a good service and are quite knowledgeable and experienced. However, in the final analysis, the amount of stress that this high bill has caused has cancelled out the benefits of the treatment. In short, make sure that you are fully informed of all the paperwork that is being filed. My recommendation is to seek treatment elsewhere and I wish I had done so myself.

Everyone recommended I go here for their expat services. Even my current coordinator at PsyQ Leiden. No one informed me that you could only use their services if you are a resident in the Hague. Apparently even PsyQ Leiden doesn't know about this policy somehow. An absolute shame as they pretend they care about treating expats, but then they're extremely selective with who they'll actually help.
Great team of mental health professionals with a support staff that is caring, warm and ready to deal with the type of client an enterprise as PsyQ aims.
Overall I am very happy with PsyQ and its services, all the people I met from their staff, are highly professional and competent. The atmosphere in their offices is nice and relaxed, even if the previous location nearby Scheveningen was much better, and had a more personal touch.
Ik heb de verstherapie gevolgd wat goed resultaat had. Helaas is het erna mis gegaan. Ik had in crisis hulp nodig die Psyq pas na maanden kon leveren. Ik ben naar een andere zorgverlener gegaan. PsyQ rekent mij 385.41 euro voor het telefoon gesprek waarin ik aan geef geen hulp van ze te willen. Kijk dus uit met het zomaar bellen naar psyq. Tevens worden er gesprekken gedeclareerd die niet hebben plaats gevonden. Het kost veel tijd en stress om dit recht te zetten via het tuchtcollege. Ook voor parnassia 1 ster wat al veelste veel is. Zij declareren bij mij en houden het handje boven Psyq.
Half jaar op de wachtlijst gestaan voordat ik uberhaupt een intake gesprek had. Daar kreeg ik advies om deel te nemen aan een cursus en een groepstherapie. Weer wachtlijst, weer maanden verder. Dan krijg je bericht dat er volgende week een cursus start 11 weken lang op een woensdagochtend. Nou sorry ik krijg niet zomaar vrij een week van te voren. Weer wachtlijst. Groepstherapie zelfde verhaal. Mailtje gestuurd dat ik het wel erg lang vind duren, het slecht gaat met mij en dat ik in de tussentijd ook 0 hulp krijg. Ik moet maar vrij regelen is het antwoord want de groep is alleen op ma en di en aanvullende therapie is er niet. WAAROM is dit niet meteen verteld en WAAROM moet ik hier zelf achteraangaan?? DIT KOST MENSENLEVENS
Het werd bijna mijn dood toen een persoon in crisis mij aanviel met een mes! Volgens deze instantie was diegene geen crisisgeval en moest 9 maanden wachten op behandeling. 1 ster is al honderd sterren te veel
Krijg heel veel medewerkers aan de lijn, maar niet iedereen geeft mij de juiste informatie.
