Here to get new mattresses because I saw them in iExpat magazine. Satisfactory cus service. And hoping to find a good night’s rest because Tempur was failing. Will update to 5 stars if customer service comes through! Stay posted. The process... go to the showroom and let them know what you are looking for in a mattress and what you need for your body. There are many choices. Don’t rush. Take your time ... after all... the choice you make can be with you for ten or more years! You order and it will take 3-4 weeks for them to let you know it’s ready for delivery and to make an appointment. Once that happens you have 45 days to try it out... we are hoping this will work for my husband’s back problems. Will keep you posted! #americaninthenetherlands

I had been suffering from lower back pain for over 6 months until my friend suggested I'd buy a mattress from RHF. Since I had just bought new mattresses I wasn't eager to do so but the pain forced me to try it. I am so happy with that decision. My back pain is almost completely gone. I tried two mattresses for one month and was allowed to return the one I didn't like (or both if that's what I wanted). Within 3 weeks the money was back in my account. This is service as it should be. friendly and very knowledgable staff and even more important a perfect mattress for me. Never thought I would write a review on a mattress but this is worth it. If you are a bad sleeper and have back problems I can recommend this brand.

After a few months we have mixed feelings about the Comfort De Luxe koudschuim model we bought. We really liked it in the beginning, but now my husband thinks it lost part of its firmness exactly in the area where he's sleeping. About 3 months ago we switched sides and now it seems the side he moved to is starting to have the same issue. He weighs 90kg and the mattress is the firm model which should be able to handle more than 100kg. Maybe our expectation that, even as time passes, you wouldn't notice the area of the mattress that is slept on was unrealistic. Perhaps it's impossible for a place used for 8 hours a night to remain just as firm as the edges of the mattress that rarely receive pressure.
