So helpful and friendly!! Always. This is my third visa and every time I walked out happy, actually. One time I did not have the right document on me and they helped me print it because I had it in my mail. Small fee for this, for me no problem. The people who work there have always done a little nicer than is strictly required. Thank you for your service, your flexibility and helpfulness

Fine so far, I'm quite happy with the walk-in and the system where you don't have to make a appointment for a time slot. One thing they could have communicated better is the charge for SMS service, they put this on my bill without asking me if I want it (I guess I should have read the bill better before paying). Staff is quite friendly, just make sure to fill in all the paperwork correctly before you go here since using the computer on-site is a 15euro or 30 with help of a employee. The website discribes the process quite clearly.
A great service. No lines, everything clearly explained and a very kind lady who was nothing but helpful even if l arrived at the end her day with some papers missing. She accepted them by email, saving me another trip to the center. Thank you!
