I went there for trying to repaire my expensive jade bracelet. The gentleman working there (forgot to ask him his name) welcomed me. And he kindly offered serveral options for this almost undoable repairaion work. He is also kind enough for offering a help to repair it with glue for free. He is just so kind compared to other jeweller since jade is not common jewellery in Europe and not many jewellery stores want to look into my broken jade bracelet. I can notice that mostly jeweller only offers good service when you want to purchase something but not for repairation. Fortunately, his attitude and service would make the store reputation better I believe, I will introduce it to my friends and even will buy something from that store one day because of this unforgettable experience.
