They falsely advertise a minimum of 100 euros for scrap cars on their website. Incredibly condescending attitude from the telephone operator, borderline rude service throughout. Also lied about the scrap value of metals, comparing a fully functioning car to actual garbage. End of the day, you can't expect much customer service from a junk yard but I wouldn't recommend dealing with this company. You get more charm in a cemetery.

Great place to source your car parts. During purchase got many advises and assistance from guys. Helpful and open. Offered to take part back if any issues could occur. I was contacting company by email and got immediate response about gearbox I was looking for and they reserved it for me. Whenever I had any question got immediate support. Thank you Sloopauto. I recommend this place.
I went with my car to check for the price. The man looked from outside and in arrogant way told me he does not buy such \old\ cars. Very unfriendly and arrogant people. Not recommendable at all. By the way I sold my car at another more friendly company.

Wat ben ik blij dat ik jullie tegen kwam op marktplaats! Mijn auto was klaar voor de sloop na een ongeluk maar dankzij jullie heb ik goedkoop alle onderdelen bij jullie gevonden en kon ik mijn auto weer laten maken! Eeuwig dankbaar ben ik want ik ben zo gehecht aan mijn auto! Ook de gesprekken liepen eerlijk en fijn. Zeker als je net een ongeluk hebt gehad en nog steeds van slag bent.
