Found our 3rd Au Pair via Sunshine office. Grace helped us with planning interviews, Veena guided us with program procedure and double confirm our match. Lucy is prompt with responses, and organizes paper work. We enjoy our experiences with Sunshine, love this international team.

With a good explanation what is required for our family Sunshine starts searching for the best suitable candidate. After the selection by Sunshine a number of selected candidates will be invited for a face-time call with the Host Family. Both the candidate(s) and Host Family will give their feedback to Sunshine, and have group conversation to confirm the match. Our experience is that the selected candidates by Sunshine usually meets the requirements we requested and in coordination with Sunshine and based on our impression after the face-time call(s) we select the best candidate. We now have our third au-pair working for our family and it works out very well. We are expecting our fourth au-pair. The stay for an au-pair in The Netherlands has a maximum of 1 Year. And we are happy with Sunshine Au Pair service.
Currently, I am on processing stage. With Sunshine AuPair Agency, I felt safe and well informed all throughout the process. The Owner and her partners are very accommodating, reliable, and responsive. Despite the pandemic, they never fail to give their best in assisting incoming Au Pairs.
