STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!! Horrible service, 1 star is too much... we ordered three taxis via their website the day before...and waited outside for the first leg of our journey. After the pick up time passed, we notice on their website that you could see our taxi driving away, the driver picked up some random person! Because of this we lost our tickets to a show we planned to see. The taxi company even wrongly charged me for the 2 other taxi journeys of later that day which we never used as we called another company. Waiting for full refund from them, sending multiple emails and they don't answer. Stay away from these cheaters.

I called to schedule a taxi at 5:40 in the morning, told the operator that is it critical the taxi arrives on time, I was told that they will do their best which made me wonder. The next morning I called in a little earlier to check and I was told the taxi was on its way. As I was waiting outside a few minutes past the scheduled time, a driver called me that he would arrive in 5-7 minutes (which potentially would end in 10-12). I told him I would be missing the train, cancelled and woke my wife to take me to central station instead. Now a little clearer why the operator said they will do their best to arrive on time.
One star is too much rating. We booked a taxi in advance to take a train but it never came, I called to figure out what had happened and the girl told me to find another way to reach the station. Saying sorry isn’t enough, we as client trust you and you simply do not care.
Me and my wife has booked a taxi at your company and the service was perfect! We had a lot of suitcases and the driver helped amazing. Thank you Taxicentrale Den Haag. The next time I will call your company again!!
Needed a cab on a Saturday noon in Scheveningen and the operator said it would be here right away. More than 25 min wait and we missed our international train connection.. Called 3 times to hear what was up and kept being told '5 minutes'... - really wish they would have told the truth that the taxi would take that long so that we could have found another solution and made our train :(
