I really like Thai Roots! I try to go once every few months to have my back and shoulders loosened up, and boy can they do that! While it is no glamorous 5 star resort spa, they get the job done and do so at a reasonable price. It can be a little noisy during your treatments, but I actually find the chatter of the ladies quite relaxing and have found in massages elsewhere that I can be more anxious in silence! A fair warning - it is usually a very hard and occasionally painful massage (which is ideal for me) but it really gets everything loose. I am sure if you asked them to take it down a notch, they would.

Nice place but do not go for a relaxing massage. The lady talked the whole way through to her colleagues. She also burped a number of times through out the massage. I asked her to increase pressure, which she didnt do. Not worth the money.
Saw a few good reviews about how professional they are. I called and made a reservation arrived 10 minutes early. A lady yelled from behind the curtain “are you the 7:15?” I confirmed. Then another guy walks in. (10 min after me). The lady comes out and with out asking tells him he is next. I speak up and state that I was the 7:15. She says “we can’t have two and you didn’t make a reservation. I showed her my phone and she confirmed I had called the owner who had failed to book the reservation “if I actually called”. I insisted they call the owner who said “tell him to come back in 2 hours”. Good bye. Other “professional places in the area. They didn’t even have the courtesy to apologies or offer any alternate.
I came in to relax and I left with pain in my back. Not an expert in massages but I guess that it should not work like that. 1/5 wouldn’t recommend.
Can be a bit hard/painful, but gets everything loose again.
