Of course coronavirus regulations are taken seriously, appointments are well managed and they provided appropriate service. I did,however, receive rather cold and curt answers to my questions.

A spacious building filled with light that houses a restaurant, offices, archives and a changing art exhibit. This is the main building open for residents to transact business with the city. It also handles immigration and drivers license applications. Personnel are friendly and service is quick if you book an appointment in advance. Take a number from the machines and wait for the number to appear on the digital screens. Personnel are nearby to assist. Large benches serve as waiting areas for residents waiting for the next available employee. The building is also next to the main library. Overall, my visits here have been positive.

I would rate it 2 stars due to the fact that there are good people working there who are willing to help and then there are the rotten apples who ruin the bunch... TGBTG .... The attitude on one worker in particular was so horrible, i had to sit and pray before I went back in to deal with her a second time :) Thanks for telling a stressed out international student that their inability to find adequate housing which follows the laws, was not your problem and neither one of the city :) that was beyond helpful :) 2 stars are for the other great workers who actually care about others and know the right way to speak to people.

Horrible service, they messed up my sisters entire BSN process and proceeded to be confused about it for weeks!! I also had to get my BSN reregistered and the man at the desk just forgot to make me sign the document which then made me get my BSN activated more than a month later!!! get ur act together Hague municipality.
