This great new Asian place offers a variety of noodle dishes, including noodle salad dishes and hot ones. All noodles are handmade by the owner who shows off his craft behind the counter in the back of the shop. There's different types of noodles available, ranging from thin fried noodles to broad noodle ribbons that resemble papardelle. They all tasted delicious.

I ordered the chilli oil noodles because it's one of my favorite noodles in China. Sadly the noodles are too thin and soft. The sauce is also far from authentic.
This is a kind of street food comes from Xi'an, China, a city use to be the capital for 13 dynasties and has over 3000 years history. The noodles are all hand-made when ordered, so it can be a bit slow sometimes, and dumplings are are home-made. Because it is a street food restaurant, so the environment is not fancy, and can be loud sometimes, and it is purely a food adventure. Tips: soy sauce and black vinegar on table could majorly change the taste, and the chili sauce is super spicy, do be careful.
