This is a great place to stay and very happy. I stayed in a short term let apartment and the team have been really kind and supportive. Actually they’ve exceeded expectations and made a real effort to support and welcome me. The location is perfect, next door to a mainline station, tram and close to the centre. The studio apartment is really bright and airy in the daytime and the windows are wall to wall, plus blackout curtains for good sleep. It’s spacious for a studio, plenty of storage space and a shared balcony. It’s super clean and very well maintained, the apartment has most essentials although no oven. Free WiFi you just buy a 15 router and some basics such as bedding. I hope through time they invest a little into more furniture and a larger TV. What’s here mostly looks nice, it’s modern and new but it’s just a little too basic. My recommendation.. From my experience in short term let here it’s one of the best options in the city. To find a furnished, short term or flexible apartment in The Hague is difficult, so this is a great solution that is difficult to find.

Would not recommend!! I make at least 3 times the rent and in addition I can get huurtoeslag and have a garantor and have additional foreign income. Nevertheless they will not rent out a studio to me due to financial requirements. If you have the income they require to live here you are much MUCH better off buying a studio!!! Whats the point of advertising with huurtoeslag on your website if you will not accept people who actually need it???? Based on my experience and the other reviews this is not a good place to rent.

Great building managers, very friendly and professional. When I first moved in back in 2017 the management company was different (and bad) but luckily it changed soon after. The new managers are doing a great job. Deposit was refunded in about 2-3 weeks in full when I moved out a few months ago. Beautiful views of the city from the higher floors (6th and higher) and spacious studios that are very modern. The rental prices are a bit high though and the furniture in the furnished apartments is the cheapest stuff from IKEA: functional but not very pretty.
Very responsive, professional, studio was delivered in great condition, deposit refunded in short time. I would definitely recommend them. Too bad it's only possible to have short term rent.
