My family of 5 have been clients at this dental practice for a few years now. The practice is formed by extremely competent dentists, dental hygienists and supporting staff. Yes, they run a very tight ship and you have to plan well as appointments run months in advance. But if there is an emergency they will take care of you if you are one of their clients.

The dentist, dental assistant, and dental hygienist who have treated me here were competent and kind. However, the support staff, except one lady who seems to be in charge, is very unpleasant; it always seems difficult for them to fit in another appointment and they are simply unfriendly to customers. It seems appointments are planned on a very tight schedule and they are very busy. Also, for my first ever dental cleaning appointment they had me treated by a person who, I later learned, is very rough compared to others, and who left me in a lot of pain and slightly traumatized. Not exactly thoughtful.
Administration shows some difficulties in making and organizing appointments as well as keeping their customer data base updated, a lot of crew change behind the reception might be part of the issue. On top, if they make a mistake (we are all humans and humans make mistakes) it's a big no-no trying to shame the customer for their administrative chaos! Dr. Ansarri as well as some dental hygienists are brilliant though.
They are charging so much for any treatment compared to the other centres around Statenkwartier. Last time, when I went for a filling and while the dentist was busy preparing the materials, I asked her whether I could use the half broken night cover until I receive the new one. Later I saw on the bill that, I was charged for problem consultation (21Euros)!
Very low quality of service, especially of the support staff - can forget the appointment, usually not friendly with the clients, always takes months for the next planning. Uneven quality of professional support - you should know who you are directed to otherwise you'd end up with someone of low professional qualities. When they do mistakes, they don't accept them.
Ik heb een flink aantal tandartsen gehad. En deze steekt echt met kop & schouders boven alle andere uit. Ik had een apart probleem met mijn voortanden en geen enkele andere tandarts waagde zich eraan en zo wel maakte ze het alleen maar erger. Mede daardoor had ik ook een angst voor de tandarts ontwikkeld. Nu hebben ze me tanden niet alleen mooi gemaakt waarbij ik weer vrijuit durf te glimlachen maar is mijn angst ook verbeterd! Helder over de kosten en vriendelijk.
