The dentist is understanding and taking time to explain the treatment before starting. I am also happy with the receptionists, they call always one day before to reminders me of the appointment. It is very convinient. I am happy to recommend them to all who look for a friendly dentist.

The dentist was professional and explained well the causes and steps he would do to help. Dentist is fro Portugal, speaking perfect English. The treatment went well. Only cons are that the interior is so old and receptionists are not that welcoming.
This clinic is very incorrect. They lied to me with 60 euros after the operation and after 5 months they sent me a document again to pay for an examination which did not exist at all.
My wife operated on them all paid immediately 5 months later and called for more money. SO i never go dear.
Sloppy billing—go elsewhere!! Despite paying in full for my appointment, I received a bill for a day I never had an appointment. I immediately called, and the receptionist was completely uninterested in clearing up the error. Even though I had not been in the day of the wrong invoice, she wouldn’t do any investigation herself and insisted I find a bank statement to prove I’d paid plus my old invoice (luckily I had kept both). Fast forward two months later, when I thought it was behind me, and they have sent me to a collection agency!! This has taken hours of my life to clear up, and they have been completely rude and indifferent to a situation caused entirely by their mistake!
