Pleasant experience. I'm always being helped with a smile. Knowledge is sometimes lacking but I might be asking things that I shouldn't really be expected the staff in a DIY store to know. I would give 4,5 star but that's not possible and I feel 4 is too low.

Great hardware store. Little staff at the checkout though. But it means there are more people in the store to help you around. There is a lot of choice in hardware and specialist tools. They also have a post office drop off and pick-up point. You are also able to rent hardware here if the cost to buy it is too high for you.
