I lived in building 3 for a year (Aug. 2019-Jul.2020), the room is nice, and the service ok. However, Diemen is very unsafe to live. in the 11 months i was there, the Albert Heijn got robbed 3-4 times, they put a small bomb on the cash register as well, bikes got stolen 24/7 from the surrounding areas. in March 2020 i got robbed by 3 people right in our campus. I felt very unsafe there.

Nice, safe and quiet place for students.

Excellent student accommodations at a fair price. The building is located right next to the metro station and all necessary amenities are provided. There is a gym , an Albert Heijn supermarket and according to many , the best pizzeria in town. I lived in the Student Hotel in Amsterdam West before . OurCampus is definitely the better option ! The rooms/ appartments are almost twice the size and cheaper ( 27m2 - private kitchen ) than a standard room at the Student Hotel ( 12m2 - no private kitchen - 875 euros) . I cannot recommend this enough to anyone looking for a place to stay in Amsterdam ! Unlike many student accommodations in Amsterdam, it is evident that OurCampus places special emphasis on the students overall well being !

Totally a scammer! I am highly disappointed about the organization of this private housing agency as I was once a desperate student looking for rooms in Amsterdam and I got referred to this place and I applied. They work in a waiting list format and 100 euros should be paid in advance to put yourself in the waiting list. However, I ended up finding another house (fortunately) in Amsterdam, thus I asked for a refund after literally 4 days after signing up. I understood that it was written in their terms and conditions page that the 100 euros are non-refundable. Therefore, I asked if it is then possible to transfer that fee to Ourdomain (which is another relative housing branch to Ourcampus) to use it for the application fee in Ourdomain's website, but I was denied this again. In the end, I am not able to recover this 100 euros and I am not able to go there once I graduate (only students are accepted). I do not want others to make the same mistake and I believe Ourdomain or other housing branches are way better than this one. Once again, I am deeply disappointed and utterly speechless about their flexibility.

Great and quiet living at the edge of the busy city of Amsterdam
